- Manage the work as if I were the client
- Be fair and reasonable while treating you with courtesy and respect while providing, accurate, timely and relevant information to help you find or sell a property in the most cost-effective manner
- Provide regular updates on the progress of the clients matters, including all significant developments and changes to timeline or financials; my goal is that the client will never be surprised about developments in anything I am handling
- Confirm intentions and expectations, collect, store, use and disclose client personal information only in accordance with New York State Law

Personal Background
Ian Lemonious was born in Kingston, Jamaica and as a child migrated to the Bronx with his parents. After receiving his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from SUNY at Stony Brook, Ian moved to Rochester, NY to start his professional career and lived in the upstate NY area for 3 years. After getting married and having children, Ian and his wife moved to Westchester in order to raise their family. Ian and his family have lived in Westchester for 18 years and just love it.
Prior to starting his Realty business, Ian spent more than 20 years in large corporate environments. Ian has a diverse industry experience, having worked in the medical systems and office products arenas but the vast majority, 17 years, has been in financial services. Ian has helped start-up and growth organizations achieve strategic goals through proactive risk management, where his underpinnings in technology served him well. As a former executive and senior vice president within the financial services industry serving the Real Estate, Mortgage and Credit Cards businesses along with a variety of international assignments in countries such as England, Singapore, Brazil, and Saudi Arabia; Ian has honed his inter-personal skills and client focus. After his successful career in financial services, Ian is now focused on bring about a meeting of the minds that will be most advantageous for his clients.
